Manufacturers, distributors, and factory branches are prohibited from taking adverse action against dealers who disclose on their website that an advertised price is the manufacturer's minimum allowable advertised price and that a lower price may be available

Protection applies only to dealers who comply with existing advertising laws prohibiting false, deceptive, or misleading advertisements and bait-and-switch tactics

Manufacturers retain the right to require all dealers to include freight or dealer processing charges in website-listed prices

Amends Section 15-207(h) of the Maryland Transportation Article
