Expands Dorchester County's existing beer and wine tasting license to include liquor tastings, renaming it the Beer, Wine, and Liquor Tasting (BWLT) license for Class A license holders

Limits liquor tasting quantities to 0.5 ounces per offering and 1.5 ounces total per day per individual (existing limits remain: beer at 3 oz per offering/8 oz daily; wine at 1 oz per offering/4 oz daily)

Restricts license holders to conducting tastings only for alcoholic beverages they are authorized to sell under their Class A license

Tastings must be free of charge to consumers and consumed on the licensed premises

License fees remain $150 for up to 15 tastings per year or $250 for up to 30 tastings per year; effective July 1, 2025
