A designated senior administrator must meet annually with approved student organizations, including religious groups, to discuss antidiscrimination policies and campus incidents

The Campus Community Grant Program receives $500,000 in FY 2027 to fund intergroup and interfaith outreach between student organizations at public institutions

Institutions must submit annual reports by December 1 detailing all hate bias incidents disaggregated by demographic group, incident type, and investigation status; the Secretary of Higher Education must convene a workgroup to develop model policies by January 1, 2026
