Increases annual license fees for most alcoholic beverage licenses in Dorchester County, including Class A beer ($200 to $250), Class A beer and wine ($250 to $350), Class B beer and wine ($300 to $350), Class C beer and wine ($150 to $250), Class D beer and wine ($275 to $350), Class B beer/wine/liquor ($1,000 to $1,250), and Class B caterer's ($150 to $200)

Decreases the Class C beer license fee from $250 to $150

Raises per diem license fees: Class C per diem beer and beer/wine licenses increase from $15 to $25 per day, and Class C per diem beer/wine/liquor licenses increase from $25 to $35 per day

Authorizes the Board of License Commissioners to charge new nonrefundable application fees of $150 for beer and wine licenses or $200 for beer, wine, and liquor licenses, which do not apply to renewals or same-premises transfers

Authorizes the Board to charge a $50 transfer fee per license transfer; effective July 1, 2025
