Authorizes the Anne Arundel County Board of Liquor Commissioners to issue dancing permits to Class H beer and wine or beer, wine, and liquor license holders located within 1,000 feet of a school at the Annapolis Mall

Allows the Board to issue new Class B beer and wine or beer, wine, and liquor (on-sale) licenses to establishments within 1,000 feet of a school located at the Annapolis Mall

Creates an exception to the existing 1,000-foot distance restriction between alcohol-licensed establishments and schools specifically for the Annapolis Mall location

Effective July 1, 2025
