Local jurisdictions with at least 150,000 residents must continue submitting annual reports by July 1 each year detailing permit applications received, approved, and rejected, along with processing times and expedited permit program usage

Department of Planning must submit an annual report on building permit information to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31 each year
