Creates the "Agricultural Equipment Warranty Enforcement Act" requiring consumers to report defects in self-propelled farming vehicles via certified mail to manufacturers during the warranty period, with manufacturers required to complete repairs within 30 days at no charge

Entitles consumers to a replacement or full refund (including fees, minus up to 15% for use) if the manufacturer cannot repair a defect after a reasonable number of attempts—presumed to be 4 or more repair attempts or 30+ cumulative days out of service

Provides affirmative defenses for manufacturers if the defect does not substantially impair use/value or results from consumer abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

Classifies violations as unfair, abusive, or deceptive trade practices under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act, with courts authorized to award up to $10,000 in damages for bad faith conduct

Takes effect October 1, 2025 and applies only to agricultural equipment purchased on or after that date
