Encourages local, state, and federal policymakers, educational institutions, workplaces, and other organizations to adopt DEI principles that promote inclusivity and remove barriers to opportunity

Characterizes DEI as rooted in historic legislation including the 19th Amendment, Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Americans with Disabilities Act

Asserts that anti-DEI efforts infringe on free expression rights, diminish societal diversity of perspectives, and harm economic health

Directs certified copies be sent to President Trump, Vice President Vance, Senate President Pro Tempore Grassley, House Speaker Johnson, Governor Moore, and Maryland legislative leadership
