Requires the State Board of Elections to adopt regulations for the review, certification, and decertification of election-supporting technology by December 1, 2026

Defines "election-supporting technology" as equipment used in election administration, including electronic pollbooks, risk-limiting audit tools, and software for preparing or reporting voting system results—but explicitly excludes voting systems themselves

Mandates the State Board to review and evaluate election-supporting technology annually on or before January 1, beginning in 2027

Takes effect June 1, 2026
