Establishes the Maryland Chamber of Commerce Grant Program within the Department of Social and Economic Mobility to provide grants for membership subsidies for underrepresented individuals and inter-chamber events

Membership grants cover 1 year of lowest-tier chamber membership at no cost to underrepresented individuals; chambers must demonstrate programming/mentoring opportunities and have at least one full-time paid position to qualify

Inter-chamber grants allow two or more chambers to jointly apply for event funding, covering venue expenses, promotion, staff support, and related costs

Requires the Governor to include $100,000 annually in the budget for the program

Takes effect October 1, 2026
