Class 3 winery license holders may acquire bulk wine from Class 4 limited winery license holders, expanding their current authority to import bulk wine from nonresident dealers

Class 4 limited winery license holders may sell and deliver bulk wine to Class 3 winery license holders, adding a new sales channel alongside existing authority to sell to wholesalers and out-of-state buyers

Amends Sections 2-205 and 2-206(c)(1) of the Maryland Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis Article
