Class 3 winery license holders may acquire bulk wine from Class 4 limited winery license holders, expanding their existing authority to import bulk wine from nonresident dealers

Class 4 limited winery license holders may sell and deliver bulk wine to Class 3 winery license holders, in addition to their current sales channels (wholesalers, permit holders, out-of-state buyers)

Amends Sections 2-205 and 2-206(c)(1) of the Maryland Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis Article
