Adds convictions for resisting arrest (§ 9-408) and making a false statement to a law enforcement officer (§ 9-501, § 9-502) to the list of misdemeanor convictions eligible for expungement under certain circumstances

Resisting arrest is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment or a fine up to $5,000 or both

Making a false statement to law enforcement (either to cause an investigation or concerning one's identity during arrest) is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months imprisonment or a fine up to $500 or both
