Authorizes Calvert County to enter into contracts up to 20 years for infrastructure or asset management programs, provided the infrastructure or asset has a life cycle of at least 15 years

Qualifying assets include water towers, flow meters, and other water and sewer assets

Management programs may cover the full asset lifecycle: planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance, modification, revitalization, and decommissioning

Takes effect October 1, 2026
