Eliminates the ex officio nonvoting board position previously designated by the Chairman of the Mid-Maryland Private Industry Council, leaving the Board with 13 voting members appointed by the County Executive

Reduces required Board meeting frequency from monthly to every other month, while retaining the option for additional meetings at the chair's call

Changes the Executive Director's title from "Chief Administrative Officer" to "Chief Executive Officer"
