Contractors and vendors with state government contracts are prohibited from knowingly using public funds to influence their employees' decisions to support, oppose, or join employee organizations (unions)

State contractors and vendors cannot use public funds or resources to hire consultants or provide assistance for anti-union campaigns, including efforts to prevent employees from gaining collective bargaining rights or certifying union representation

The restrictions apply to employees of contractors, vendors, and any subcontractors performing work under state contracts

Exemptions include activities related to grievance procedures, collective bargaining negotiations, voluntary recognition agreements, allowing union access to facilities, and activities required by law
