Prohibits nonprofit organizations [501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4)] registered to solicit charitable donations in Maryland from knowingly engaging in "unauthorized support of Israeli settlement activity" in the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem

Defines prohibited activities as aiding or abetting: transfer of Israeli civilians into occupied territory, violence against protected persons, property destruction, land annexation, forced evictions, and destruction of infrastructure (hospitals, schools, utilities)

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring civil actions for injunctive relief and damages of not less than $1,000,000 against directors, officers, trustees, or other agents of violating nonprofits

Allows private individuals harmed by violations to sue for injunctive relief, actual damages, and attorney's fees

Requires the Secretary of State to remove violating nonprofits from the Registry of Charitable Solicitation upon receiving notice of a judgment; claims must be filed within 10 years of the violation
