Establishes a 30-day deadline for the Commission to impose disciplinary action after acquiring knowledge of misconduct, with a shorter 5-workday deadline for suspensions without pay

Authorizes WSSC employees suspended for disciplinary purposes to appeal to the Office of Administrative Hearings, expanding appeal rights that previously existed only for permanent removals

Maintains existing limits on disciplinary suspensions: maximum 30 days per suspension, maximum 30 days total per calendar year, and all suspensions are without pay

Takes effect October 1, 2026
