Imposes new requirements on catering option holders across multiple license types: must supply bartenders and wait staff, ensure service personnel are present at all times during catered events, and have at least one person certified by an alcohol awareness program on site

Requires local caterer's license holders to ensure food sales represent at least 70% of the total cost of catered events

Mandates alcoholic beverages license applicants disclose whether they are natural-born or naturalized citizens, and if not U.S. citizens, provide a statement of federal immigration compliance with supporting evidence
