Increases the Prince George's County State's Attorney salary from $199,000 to $250,000, a raise of $51,000

Salary and expenses continue to be paid in equal semimonthly installments

Does not apply to the incumbent State's Attorney currently serving; the new salary takes effect at the beginning of the next term of office

Individuals appointed or elected after the effective date to fill an expired term would receive the new salary

Takes effect October 1, 2026
