Repeals the statutory name "Office of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion" and authorizes the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to choose its own name for the office

Expands the business enterprise program from only "local small businesses" to include local businesses, small businesses, and other businesses that support the Commission's economic objectives

Adds new Office duties including administering business participation and vendor development programs, monitoring compliance with participation requirements, and promoting increased business participation in contracts and subcontracts

Allows the Commission to accept as a registered vendor any person already registered with another jurisdiction or who self-certifies as a vendor under Commission regulations

Effective October 1, 2026
