Expands the definition of "Prince George's County Blue Line Corridor facility" under Maryland Stadium Authority jurisdiction to include market halls, sports facilities (stadiums, practice fields, team headquarters), mixed-use developments, technology innovation centers, and commercial development/revitalization projects

Removes the existing prohibition that excluded sports facilities from qualifying as Blue Line Corridor facilities

Retains existing eligible facility types: convention centers, arts and entertainment amphitheaters, and functionally related structures including parking garages

Amends Section 10-601(nn) of the Economic Development Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland

Takes effect July 1, 2026
