Maryland Department of Health must develop and maintain an employment training and opportunity database to help individuals find programs that enable them to become or remain eligible for Medicaid and SNAP benefits

Database must include vocational, workforce training, and job placement programs available in the state, along with application information and direct contact mechanisms for each program

Department of Health must coordinate with Maryland Department of Labor, Department of Human Services, Department of Service and Civic Innovation, Maryland Chamber of Commerce, labor unions, trade associations, educational institutions, and local workforce development boards

Database must be publicly available on the Department's website and updated at least every 30 days; Department must assist individuals in enrolling in listed programs

Act takes effect October 1, 2026 and automatically sunsets on September 30, 2029 (3-year pilot period)
