Establishes a Workgroup for an Inclusive State Workplace to create a strategy for expanding State employment opportunities for caregivers, people with disabilities, older adults, and others challenged by traditional full-time work structures

Workgroup membership includes the Secretary of Budget and Management, Comptroller, multiple agency secretaries, legislators, and optional Governor appointees representing caregiving, disabilities, healthcare, and labor communities

Workgroup must develop guidance for State agencies to create part-time jobs with benefits, set annual goals to expand such opportunities over 5 years, and identify necessary statutory changes

Workgroup must submit its inclusive workplace implementation strategy and workplan to the General Assembly by September 15, 2027

Act takes effect July 1, 2026 and automatically sunsets on June 30, 2028 (2-year duration)
