Cooperative housing corporations, condominiums, and homeowners associations must publish required resale disclosure information on their websites in downloadable format at no cost, excluding information specific to individual units or lots.

Eliminates the previous fee structure that allowed associations to charge up to $250 for general community disclosure information, with CPI adjustments every two years.

Associations may charge up to $100 for individual unit/lot-specific information, including inspections if required, with delivery within 14 days.

Expedited delivery of individual unit/lot information within 7 days is available for an additional fee not to exceed $100.
