Replaces the requirement to publish alcoholic beverages license application hearing notices in two newspapers of general circulation with publication on the Board's website, through social media, and by email

Maintains the existing 30-day advance notice requirement before the license application filing deadline

Requires physical posting of a notice at the proposed license location for at least 10 days before the application hearing, in addition to the digital notice methods

Applies only to Prince George's County alcoholic beverages licensing procedures

Takes effect July 1, 2026
