Expands the existing barbershop and beauty salon license in Anne Arundel County to include liquor service, in addition to the currently permitted beer and wine

Allows license holders to provide customers up to 1.7 ounces of liquor for on-premises consumption, alongside the existing limits of 12 ounces of beer or 5 ounces of wine

Alcohol may only be served while customers are receiving barbering or cosmetology services, or while attending fund-raising events at the establishment

Service hours are limited to normal business hours and must end by 9 p.m., with no separate Sunday license required

Effective date: July 1, 2026; annual license fee remains $100
