Food retailers (minimum 4,000 sq ft, accepting SNAP, selling products in 5+ food categories), pharmacies, and gas stations/EV charging stations may purchase Class A alcoholic beverage licenses from existing license holders within 3,000 feet, or apply directly to local licensing boards if the offer is declined

Retail establishments must maintain at least 300 feet distance from schools and places of worship, and 100 feet from residential properties

License holders under this section may only sell alcohol Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and must employ sworn security personnel in the alcohol sales area

Prohibited activities include self-checkout sales of alcohol, delivery of alcoholic beverages, sale of individual cans/bottles of mixed cocktails or malt beverages 40 ounces or less, and exterior alcohol advertising
