Department of Human Services must develop a comprehensive process to systematically analyze SNAP administrative errors and formulate strategies to reduce them, including improvements to the eligibility determination process

Department must monitor implementation of error reduction strategies on an ongoing basis

Maryland's goal is to achieve SNAP error rates equal to the best performing state in the nation, as determined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture

Amends Human Services Article Section 5-501 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
