Expands the Department of Human Services' authority to disclose child abuse and neglect records to administrators of government-operated child care centers and those in state-occupied buildings for employment suitability determinations

Allows disclosure to coaches, team administrators, and managers of youth sports programs serving minors to vet individuals for employment or volunteer positions

Permits disclosure to administrators of any organization with temporary care, custody, or supervisory responsibility for children to assess suitability of employees or volunteers

Updates statutory references to reflect the Juvenile Justice Monitoring Unit's transfer from the Office of the Attorney General to the Office of the Correctional Ombudsman

Takes effect October 1, 2026
