Calvert County Commissioners and anyone acting on their behalf are prohibited from entering into nondisclosure agreements or confidentiality agreements with any person

Any agreement provision executed in violation of this prohibition is void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy

Existing agreements in effect before the law takes effect are not impaired; the prohibition applies only prospectively
