Regulated lobbyists must file four reports annually instead of two, with new deadlines of February 15 (covering Nov 1-Jan 31), March 15 (covering Feb 1-end of Feb), May 31 (covering March 1-April 30), and November 30 (covering May 1-Oct 31)

Reports must now include a list of each matter on which the lobbyist performed lobbying activity, along with the lobbyist's position on each matter

Reports must identify each bill number or provide a description of each legislative action on which lobbying was performed

The bill takes effect October 1, 2026
