Requires the Maryland Health Care Commission and Office of Health Care Quality to publish facility inspection information on the Maryland Quality Reporting website, including most recent inspection dates, quality ratings, next scheduled inspections, and notices of overdue inspections

Establishes the Maryland Department of Health Centralization Commission to advise the General Assembly on improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability between the Department of Health and health occupations boards

Commission membership includes one state senator, one delegate, the Secretary of Health, Deputy Secretary for Public Health Services, and executive directors from five health occupations boards (Nursing, Physicians, Pharmacy, Social Work Examiners, Environmental Health Specialists)

Commission must provide recommendations on creating a single comprehensive licensure system for all health occupations boards, consolidating administrative functions, and granting the Department authority to ensure boards remedy audit findings and establish timely procedures for applications, complaints, and investigations

Secretary of Information Technology must ensure minimum cybersecurity requirements are met by all health occupations boards; Commission required to report findings and draft legislation to the Governor and legislative committees by October 1 each year beginning in 2026
