Adds non-consensual sexual contact committed during first-, second-, or third-degree burglary as a new form of third-degree sexual offense, punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment

Requires sex offender registration for convictions under the new burglary-related sexual offense provision, with tier classification based on victim age

Tier I registration applies when the victim is an adult; Tier II applies when the victim is a minor age 13 or older; Tier III applies when the victim is under age 13

Applies prospectively only to offenses committed on or after the effective date

Takes effect October 1, 2026
