Prohibits stopping, standing, or parking vehicles in bike lanes or bicycle paths unless authorized by a local jurisdiction

Exempts authorized emergency vehicles, transit vehicles, and vehicles picking up or discharging individuals with disabilities

Exempts disabled vehicles whose drivers cannot avoid stopping and temporarily standing or parking

Allows vehicles loading or unloading goods for up to 30 minutes (or shorter if local law requires) when displaying flashing hazard lights, or when operating under a local curbside parking permit

Takes effect October 1, 2026
