Requires the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) to establish a virtual queuing system for telephone callers waiting to speak with a live representative

Allows callers to request a callback instead of remaining on hold while keeping their original position in the telephone queue

Amends Section 12-104 of the Transportation Article in the Annotated Code of Maryland

Takes effect October 1, 2026
