Excludes off-road vehicles, ATVs, special mobile equipment, lawn tractors, lawn mowers, and equipment under 25 horsepower from coverage

Designates violations as unfair, abusive, or deceptive trade practices under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act, with courts authorized to award up to $10,000 in damages for bad faith conduct

Applies to agricultural equipment sold on or after January 1, 2026, with an effective date of October 1, 2026
