Requires bullying report forms to indicate the personal characteristics believed to have motivated the incident, such as race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or disability

Mandates county boards of education report incidents involving specific groups when there has been a substantial increase in bullying for that group over the previous year, or when there is a disproportionate incident rate for students in that group

Requires each county board to post information about bullying incidents motivated by personal characteristics on its website by January 31 each year, disaggregated by motivating characteristic

Prohibits publication of any information that could identify an individual student

Takes effect July 1, 2026
