Recipients of $100,000 or more in State grants or loans for EV charging equipment purchase or installation must comply with Maryland's Minority Business Enterprise Program

The Governor's Office of Small, Minority, and Women Business Affairs, working with the Attorney General's Office, must establish MBE participation goals and procedures specifically for State-funded EV charging equipment projects

Funding recipients must submit a compliance report to the Office within 12 months of receiving State funding
