Removes the September 30 deadline for Class A beer and light wine license holders and Class A beer, wine, and liquor license holders to pay the $120 supplementary fee for Sunday sales privileges between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day

Allows license holders to pay the $120 Sunday sales fee at any time before exercising the privilege, rather than requiring advance payment by a specific date

Changes the deadline for license holders to submit proof of paid personal property taxes to the Board from October 30 to March 30 annually

Authorizes immediate suspension without a hearing for license holders who fail to present the tax payment certificate by the new March 30 deadline

Takes effect July 1, 2026
