Applications remain subject to existing limitations under § 9–1E–06 of the State Government Article

Maintains existing requirements for the Commission to seek racial, ethnic, and gender diversity when awarding licenses and to encourage minority business enterprises and women-owned businesses to apply

Takes effect July 1, 2026
