School vehicle driver trainers employed by county school boards would be authorized to administer the commercial driver's instructional permit knowledge test to applicants seeking a school bus endorsement on their commercial driver's license

"School vehicle driver trainer" is defined as an individual who provides classroom instruction for the CDL permit knowledge test, highway driving instruction, and instruction on state and federal safety standards

Adds new Section 16-816.1 to the Maryland Transportation Article
