Authorizes the Circuit Administrative Judge of the Fourth Circuit to establish a Truancy Reduction Pilot Program in the juvenile court in Washington County

Adds Washington County to the existing list of counties where truancy reduction pilot programs may be established, joining counties in the First, Second, Third, Sixth, and Seventh Circuits

Requires the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Maryland to consult with the Fourth Circuit administrative judge (in addition to other circuits) before accepting gifts or grants to implement pilot programs

Program implementation is contingent on funds being provided in the annual State budget

Effective date: October 1, 2026
