Motor Vehicle Administration required to issue a single registration plate to all vehicle classes, eliminating the current two-plate requirement for most vehicles

Registration plate must be attached to the rear of vehicles, except Class F (tractor) vehicles which display plates on the front

Holders of Class L (historic) registration plates prohibited from knowingly violating the terms of issuance, with first violations enforced by warning only

Historic or antique vehicles (Class L) may continue to display vintage registration plates, but must keep current registration plate in the vehicle at all times if vintage plates are displayed in lieu of current plates
