Cost-sharing structure varies by location: 50/50 State-local split for standard requests; 100% State funding available for sustainable communities; 75% State/25% local for priority funding areas when local funds are insufficient

State may fund 100% of construction costs plus right-of-way acquisition when the Administration determines a substantial public safety risk or significant pedestrian access impediment exists
