Repeals the June 30, 2028 termination date for mandatory state funding to the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center (formerly Prince George's County Regional Medical Center), making the funding requirement permanent.

Requires the Governor to include $10,000,000 annually in the budget bill for fiscal year 2022 and each fiscal year thereafter as an operating grant to the University of Maryland Medical System Corporation.

Removes legislative finding language about the need for additional support in future years to end State support for the Center.

Takes effect July 1, 2026.
