Prohibits any person doing business in Maryland from knowingly manufacturing, selling, distributing, dispensing, or compounding drugs or medical devices intended for use in executions

Applies when a person knows or reasonably should know that an order, prescription, or authorization was prompted by someone seeking the drug or device to carry out a death sentence

Covers both direct and indirect involvement in supplying execution drugs or devices

Adds new Section 21–1114 to the Health – General Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland

Effective date: October 1, 2026
