Removes the 54-card limit on handheld bingo devices, allowing players to play unlimited bingo cards simultaneously on these devices

Doubles the maximum number of electronic instant bingo machines that licensed entities may operate, from the number in operation on February 28, 2008 to twice that amount

Eliminates the requirement to print a paper ticket for each instant bingo game played, making paper tickets optional only when a player requests one

Requires the State Lottery and Gaming Control Commission to adopt regulations implementing these changes

Takes effect July 1, 2026
