Creates a new Class 10 farm distillery license available only to holders of Class 8 farm brewery licenses, authorizing distilling, rectifying, bottling, and selling brandy, rum, whiskey, alcohol, and neutral spirits made with Maryland agricultural products from the licensed farm

Limits Class 10 farm distillery production to 100,000 gallons per calendar year with an annual license fee not exceeding $500

Requires both Class 8 farm breweries and Class 10 farm distilleries to be agribusinesses actively engaged in agritourism that expose the public to farming and value-added farming practices

Exempts Class 8 farm brewery and Class 10 farm distillery premises from local zoning compliance requirements and grants the state Commission exclusive regulatory authority over their operations

Expands food service options for farm breweries by removing the previous list of approved food items and allowing any food service through licensed food establishments, food trucks, caterers, or cottage industry food prepared on the farm
