Expands who may serve as inspector for Caroline County's Board of License Commissioners from only the county codes administrator to either the county codes administrator or an individual appointed by the Board

The Board of License Commissioners retains authority to specify inspector duties, including administration and enforcement of county alcoholic beverages laws

Inspector salary remains determined by the county budget
