Authorizes the Maryland Transportation Authority Police Force to use automated camera monitoring systems on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to enforce violations when drivers enter or travel in lanes displaying red overhead signals

Establishes civil penalties of $90 for a first violation on a single trip, $180 for a second violation in the same direction, and $270 for third or subsequent violations in the same direction

Requires conspicuous road signs warning drivers of the monitoring system, annual calibration checks by independent laboratories, and certified operator training from the equipment manufacturer

Citations must be mailed within 2 weeks for Maryland-registered vehicles or 30 days for out-of-state vehicles, and violations are not considered moving violations for points or insurance purposes
